Better You is a sci-fi psychological thriller set in the near future, following the story of a working-class female worker replaced by high technology. Against the backdrop of rapid technological advancement, societal efficiency and perfection are pushed to the absolute extreme, while individual survival space and emotional stability are squeezed to the margins.

In our relentless pursuit of faster, smarter, and superior systems, we often unconsciously overlook human experiences that cannot be quantified by algorithms: vulnerability, emotional attachment, and the struggle for self-identity.

Caught between the struggle for identity and basic survival, the film explores how human emotion and intrinsic worth gradually dissipate within a futuristic system controlled by efficiency and perfection.
